Comes with everything you need, including concrete anchors and the drill bit for them. Installation was not hard and the instructions were pretty good. I couldn't figure out how to fit the provided clips onto the front footer of my shed (WR86) but the rest went in smoothly. The shed is now nice and stable, so as long as the walls stay attached to the footers it should be golden!

After installing the anchor kit, it may collapse during a hurricane but the frame will stand up to any wind.

This was just what i needed. I had an existing concrete slab i built my new shed on top of. Needed something to anchor it down with. These worked perfectly. You will need to rent or borrow a hammer drill if you don't have one and need to install on a slab already poured like i did. Overall happy with it.
