Consult local building codes before assembly. Note: Must be built on a flat level foundation of wood or concrete (not included). Flooring must be anchored to the foundation. Anchoring hardware depends on the type of foundation you have and is therefore not included in the shed kit. Not including the installation of the foundation, you can expect assembly of the shed itself to take 2 adults up to 6 hours.

This shed seems sturdy and has not leaked in heavy rain and some wind. Assembly took me about 10 hrs not counting the base I prebuilt. I needed just a little help from my son, would’ve been easier with 2 people. Parts were all there, no shortages. Some assembly issues slowed it down. One of the hinge pipes I had to pound into the hole in the door. Roof panels had to be hammered in (with a board) to seat in the roof channels. A few other minor things that are to be expected with molded and formed parts. Some brackets were plastic instead of metal. The door handles are plastic that I don’t feel will last long and the window seals are terrible. If you are handy though, it goes together pretty well on a leveled base. Directions are pretty decent if you pay attention.
