The 36' wide x 36' long footprint gives you a full 1,296 square feet of usable interior space, while the 3:12 roof pitch and raised center aisle maximize airflow and headroom. The peak clearance of over 13 feet allows excellent ventilation, natural light, and clearance for horses or equipment- while the 8' sidewalls on the wings offer just the right balance of accessibility and enclosure.

With clear instructions and pre-engineered components, this project is ideal for ranchers, property owners, and experienced DIYers alike. The kit ships in two coordinated shipments: one for the steel frame and hardware, and the other directly from the sheet metal supplier for siding and trim.

Strength and protection are core to every VersaTube structure. The frame is constructed with 2" x 3" 14 & 15-gauge galvanized American steel tubing- triple-coated for superior resistance to rust, corrosion, and the elements.

With roof purlins and side girts included, the entire structure is ready for full vertical sheet metal application, ensuring excellent water and snow runoff while adding structural rigidity. The kit includes 124 precision-cut 29-gauge sheet metal panels with a clean 5-rib profile and various panel sizes tailored for a proper fit.

Anchor It Anywhere - Adaptable to Most Surfaces

The Highlander barn can be anchored to nearly any level surface- dirt, gravel, asphalt, concrete slabs, piers, or retaining walls. VersaTube offers multiple anchoring options so your barn performs reliably no matter the foundation. If permitting is required, detailed foundation drawings are available for download to help meet local building codes.
