The  Elite Package features a grand 8'W x 7'H transom entry door, one 20" dormer, two 32" x 36" insulated dormer windows, and two 36" x 36" insulated lower-wall windows, all equipped with paintable shutters and insect screens.

Engineered with our SecureTruss system, TimberPrestige imported Eurowood, and precision pre-cut materials, this kit delivers exceptional strength and effortless assembly. It also includes LP SmartSide siding primed and ready for paint for lasting durability and weather protection. The large 8' x 7' transom door provides easy access for bigger vehicles and equipment. All essential hardware is included: door hinges, latch, trusses, nails, gusset glue, and a detailed assembly manual. Paint, shingles, and roof edging are not included and should be sourced by the owner.

Construction Materials
The roof truss system is engineered with 2x6 lumber, spaced 24 inches on center, providing excellent structural strength. The remaining framework utilizes 2x4 wall studs, spaced 16 inches on center, ensuring durability and reliable support throughout the building. Pressure-treated bottom plates are included for long-lasting protection against moisture and decay. Flooring is not included you may choose to install a concrete slab, plywood decking, or another suitable material that meets your specific needs and local building codes. You can build the foundation using a wood floor system, post and beam design, concrete slab, or even over an existing basement slab, following the recommended methods detailed in your owner’s manual. Please note that flooring and foundation materials are not part of the barndominium kit; the homeowner is responsible for purchasing and constructing these components separately. Always verify local building code requirements before beginning this step.

What’s Not Included
Shingles, roof underlayment, drip edge, foundation flooring, and paint are not included with this kit. These materials should be purchased locally by the homeowner to match personal style preferences and regional requirements. Before purchasing or beginning construction, please check with your local building department to determine whether a permit is required in your area.

Siding – Primed and Ready for Paint
This kit includes 3/8" Louisiana-Pacific SmartSide exterior paneling, known for its strength and durability. Each panel comes pre-primed and ready to paint in the color of your choice we recommend using a high-quality latex acrylic paint for best results. The siding is factory pre-treated to resist fungal decay and insect damage, ensuring long-lasting performance and low maintenance. Please note that siding and roof sheathing require straight cuts and are not pre-cut. Backed by a 50-year limited warranty.

Extra Loft Storage Area
A spacious second-floor storage loft is included, providing ample room for seasonal items, tools, or even a future living conversion. The loft offers a 7'1" headroom clearance at the peak, ensuring comfortable movement and accessibility. Constructed with 3/4" structural wood flooring and 2x10 floor joists spaced 16 inches on center, it delivers outstanding strength and stability. An L-shaped staircase leading to the second floor is also included and can be installed on either corner of the back wall, opposite the main doors, for flexible layout options.
