The 2x4 wall framing at 16 in. on center makes it easy to insulate and finish the interior for year-round use. The primed 3/8" wood siding features vertical grooves for an attractive plank look and is crafted from durable, resin-bonded wood strands with an embossed cedar texture free of knot holes and patches. Treated with Composibor from U.S. Borax, the siding resists fungal decay and insect damage, ensuring long-lasting performance. Unlike metal, fabric, or plastic sheds, this wood structure provides better temperature regulation, making it more comfortable when you spend extended time inside. The solid frame and siding offer exceptional strength, withstanding high winds while maintaining structural integrity. Note: Paint, Shingles, and Roof Edge are NOT INCLUDED

What’s Included
Experience elevated design with an impressive second-story loft accessible by a convenient L-shaped staircase, providing generous storage capacity or the potential to create a comfortable living or hobby space. The Elite Package includes a 36" wide 9-lite entry door as the main entrance, a 20' dormer, two 32" x 36" insulated dormer windows, and two 36" x 36" insulated lower wall windows — all complete with paintable shutters and insect screens for style and comfort. Engineered for strength and reliability, the structure is built with our SecureTruss framing system, TimberPrestige premium imported Eurowood, and precision pre-cut materials to ensure a straightforward, high-quality assembly. For lasting protection, the kit also features LP SmartSide siding, pre-primed and ready for paint. A complete hardware kit is included — with door hinges, latch, trusses, nails, gusset glue, and a detailed instruction manual to guide you through the build.

Please note: Paint, shingles, foundation, and roof edging are not included and are to be provided by the owner.

Construction Materials
The roof truss system is engineered with 2x6 lumber, spaced 24 inches on center, providing reliable strength and stability. The remaining structure features 2x4 wall studs, spaced 16 inches on center, ensuring solid framing throughout. All wood trusses arrive pre-cut for accurate on-site assembly. Pressure-treated bottom plates are included for durability and moisture resistance. However, flooring for the first floor is not included — you may use concrete or plywood depending on your project needs. The first-floor foundation can be built using a wood floor system, post-and-beam base, concrete slab, or existing basement slab, as outlined in the owner’s manual.

Please note: Flooring and foundation materials are not part of the Barndominium kit and must be purchased and constructed separately by the homeowner. Be sure to check local building codes before beginning construction. The upper storage loft is designed with 2x10 floor joists, spaced 16 inches on center, for strong overhead support. Wall framing includes pre-cut 2x4 studs, also spaced 16 inches on center, for straightforward assembly. Exterior walls are finished with Louisiana Pacific (LP) SmartSide pre-primed siding, ready for painting and long-lasting protection.
